Day3 Cut Sandwitch and Build Wall

In order to make a wall, we had to cut sandwitch panels to the right size. We recommended the inside height to be more than 2.5m. Wearing protection goggles are required. Operators should wear gloves to provent additional damage. Sandwitch panel cutting machine is dangerous and it should be affixed on the floor.

At the conner of the cleanroom, you have to install a round aluminum column. It should be cutted into the right size. Wearing protection goggles are required. Operators should wear gloves to provent additional damage

Part of Top ceiling could be made on the day3.

 

Drawing a clear line on the floor is required.

To make a wall, make a hole on the floor with a concrete drill and nail a wood chip on the floor.

After attach an wood chip, nail the channel beam on the floor.

Rivetting is also required after fixing the wall. You have to make a ribet size hole before inserting a ribet.

Rivet tool and Rivet shoul be in the right size and should work properly.
